    Vintage PA's Bills and MA's Bills Black & Gold Metallic is used to hold your monthly paper bills is on sale for your purchase.
    The clip works like a clothespin.  The clasp is metal.  The pins are plastic in black with a gold metallic stickers.
    They have not been cleaned.  The metallic has some stains and usage wear.  I believe some of the stains would be able to remove with gentle cleaning.
    Dimensions are about 6.5" tall x 1" x 2.5 and Ma's is 3" tall.
