Turkey Fan & Beard Display Plaque Burnt Pine Stained Oak w/Hanger

Listing is for one custom plaque for use to display a turkey fan and beard. You can choose from Burnt Pine, Oak wood with Dark Walnut Minwax Stain, or Oak wood with Golden Oak Minwax Stain. Plaque includes an attached keyhole hanger so your trophy is secured to the wall and 1 attachment screw and washer/plate to attached your fan (refer to pics). All you will need to finish your mount is supply the hot glue/epoxy/liquid nail/adhesive of your choice to attach the beard into the recessed groove that is shown in the pic. Attach the beard into the groove of the front plaque BEFORE assembling the pieces; you can assemble first but you risk getting your adhesive of choice onto the down piece behind the beard and it’s more difficult positioning the beard how you would like it to be. Refer to the last pic.
You can use Borax, salt, or cover the base of your fan with Bondo (auto body filler/putty) to dry and shape your fan before attaching; a quick YouTube or Google search will show you ways to do this if you are unfamiliar.
When assembled, the plaque measures approximately 8" x 18". Plaques are custom cut and edges routered by skilled craftsman NOT mass produced by a CNC machine.
