    Handmade in Hong Kong for me in 1982 (Look at photos for more details)
    Worn only three or four times
    Both skirts are lined
    Falls just below knees depending on your height but can easily be shortened
    Zipper and hook closures
    Measurements lying flat seem to fit a size small:
    Waist 14.25" (fits a 28.5" waist)
    Hips 20" but it is supposed to be loose (fits 36" to 38" hips)
    Length 28"
    You can see by the photos that they need to be ironed or just rinsed and hung to dry to relax the folds
