    Description

    This a well handled used UX32 1c surcharged on a 2c carmine Jefferson on cream post card.
    There are many flaws with the post card.  The top edge is raged, the left upper corner has been torn off.  A small area of the surface on the top left has been marred,  There are several bits of paper stuck (glued?) to the card, two on the front side and two on the back side.  Please see the scans.
