This package is a great way to get started into Orbital Mig welding at a fraction of the cost of a new system!
Unit Provides mig welding current, wire feed, travel rotation, and torch oscillation weave all mounted on a hand truck.
Easy to use. Weld pictured is our very first test weld on 6" pipe.
Smart design automatically clocks weldhead at 11 o' clock start position. 3 Easy programming points for 5G welding: top & bottom of weld, downhill and uphill. Unit identifies pipe position for 2G or 5G welding.
Torch oscillation weave is programmable for speed and adjustable for width. Centerline adjustment knob provided near torch.
Welds from 1" pipe up to 6" pipe
Welds from 30mm up to 170mm
Welds from 1.875" up to 6.69"
Low profile carriage made of billet aluminum, lightweight yet robust.
3 quick clamps for full span 1" to 6" pipe.
Very quick time on and off pipe of similar size, 30 seconds. Quick adjustment of clamps for various pipe sizes.
