It has feet and on the back of its head is written Disney.
The stem is pink.  He has a black head with pink bow. Black nose. Black eyes. Pink mouth.
The hinge works nicely with spring moving nicely as well.
The patent no. on side indicates that this dispenser was made in 1991 in Hungary.
I have look it over thoroughly and can find no imperfections.  Its used but like new as well.
