Instructions
If you need a Low voltage cable which include HDMI cable, you need to get one long enough to run from your Television through the same hole where the power for the TV in plugged in down and out through the other grommet and into the device in its location.  The instructions call these wires low voltage. There is a slot for them to go through.
Condition
The package is open and has damage to the package. The items are still in the clear stapled down packaging. The T
three snaking rods are in good condition, and it looks like there was a low voltage wire included based on the photos on the box.  That can be easily replaced with the correct length HDMI cable that will work best for your needs. Look at the description for what is included and look at the photos before buying.
