If you need them in quantity, just let me know.  But if you 're interested in larger quantities, I suggest you first buy 2 or 3 to check them for fit in your boards.  I have over 3,000 of these, and I'll give you an unbeatable price.
In small quantities: These are standard RJ11 connectors.  As you can see, they accept 6 -wire plugs, but like most phone connections, they only use the inner four wires.  They're great for getting your phone wires connected to your circuit boards.  Pin spacing is  .1". Also notice that they have projections that go into the circuit board on both sides.  If this is a problem, you can simply cut these projections off.
Here are the dimensions for this item.  Please review them carefully before you order.  In particular,  check the .625" (15.88mm) width of the two mounting posts.  This dimension indicates that the part is in the family of Phoenix  Enterprises' HWS2120.  Be careful, because there are several other parts available which are similar to these, except that these posts only .47" (12mm) apart — i.e., the posts are flush with the vertical wall.   Please don't get these mixed up with those,  especially if you intend to buy in quantity.
