A brand new HTP replacement welding gun which fits the small
Hobart
welders such as the
Handler® 135, Handler® 140, Handler® 175, Handler® 180, and Handler® 187
.  It is interchangeable with the Hobart H100S2-10 gun carrying the part number 245 924, and the H-10 gun carrying the part number 195957. It uses 2 spade connectors for the trigger wire. This gun is 10 ft long. The diameter of this plug is .480", which you can see in the 2nd picture. You can also see our spring support for the cable as it exits the handle and the gun plug in in pictures 3 and 4. We believe this is a better built, better engineered, and overall gun than the OEM Hobart gun. This HTP replacement gun is better than the OEM gun because of the more ergonomic handle design.
Picture 5 (photo 1) shows you the high quality of this gun. The crimp is insulated to protect the trigger wires from chafing. Picture 6 (photo 2) shows the actual crimp with the insulation removed. You can see the crimp to retain the rubber outer jacket and the copper crimp which secures the copper wires to the brass fitting to carry the welding current. Picture 7 (photo 3) shows a cutaway of the coaxial cable assembly, where you can see the copper wires that carry the welding current, the trigger wires, the inner tube that the wires are wrapped around, and which also has the liner running up the center of it. Between the liner and the inner tube is where the shield gas runs. We use the same high quality construction on this welding gun we use on all of the welding guns which are OEM on the HTP Mig welders.
The gun is shipped with the 194 010 liner installed so it will handle .023"- .030" wire. It also has a .030" tip installed in it. If you want to run .035" wire, you will need to purchase a 194 011 liner which is in our store and will need some .035" tips.
This welding gun does not fit the earlier Hobart Handlers which were made in Troy Ohio. We do have those replacement guns available.
This gun uses all the same tips, nozzles, liners and contact tip adapters as the OEM gun, and these parts can be found in our store.
