Ewell Blackwell Signed Autographed Original Jack Ellison Drawing

This is for an original hand drawn portrait artwork of side arming pitching legend Ewell Blackwell which was drawn and signed in 1987. Jack Ellison was both an artist and autograph collector who would do portraits and then either send them to the celebrities or have them hand sign them in person if he had the opportunity. I have a few of his drawings and all of them are simply beautiful and signed in the box that he provided for the stars to sign. Ellison would sign and date all of his drawings on the subjects shoulder and you can tell that each one is a true labor of love. Tough to do much better than to have an original drawing with a stars signature on it. The overall size of the portraits is 8 x 10 and are actually two pieces of paper taped at the top and bottom. Some of the pieces have had the tape separate over the years but they still display like they were drawn and signed yesterday.
