Donald and Daisy Duck are visiting the Sun Wheel (which is no longer there) in Paradise Pier located at Disney's California Adventure Theme Park.
This Limited Edition pin is part of the Memories 2005 Collection celebrating memories from the Disneyland resort. Donald is a pin-on-pin element.
The pin resembles a photo album with the black corners holding it in place on the page.  "Memories 2005" at the top left corner at an angle and "Disneyland Resort" is at the bottom right corner at an angle.
