You press a button in back and the lights on the pin flash for about 25 seconds then automatically shut off.  The backstamp is © Disney(1st line) made in china(2nd line) and the metal is silver with disney electrical parade stamp.   Thanks for the information, PinPics.
    This pin comes on the original backer board.
    The batteries are twenty years old and most likely dead.  They can be replaced, I do not repair or maintain these pins.
