Custom Built Mobile SMOKER - The Biggest In Colorado - PRICE DROP: 00 OFF!
This 2006 custom built smoker was built in Texas by my father and me.
It took us three years to complete.
This smoker was built out of 18' of 7/8" thick pipe, the inside diameter is 38" and weighs 150 lb a foot.
The dimensions are 23' 6" long, 8' 3" wide, 12' 3" tall and weighs 14,800 lbs.
It has six round racks suspended by a 2" threaded pipe that hangs from upright part of the smoker.
Also has 3 storage compartments up front by the fifth wheel and one large compartment under the main chamber that holds the wood.
Water is held in the bottom horizontal pipe. It has two 2" ball valves to drain the water and the grease out on either side of the smoker for easy cleaning, just hose her down with hot water!
The smoker rides on four 7200 lb axles with torflex suspension with electric brakes all around.
There are eight 16" 3/4 ton GMC factory alloy rims with two matching spare tires.
Smoker has a fifth wheel and a kingpin off a large car Peterbilt chicken truck and LED running lights. It also has 1/4" diamond plate cat walk on both sides of the smoker and a removable tongue with a 2 5/16" ball.
This smoker can cook a 550 lb whole hog and at the same time cook 800 to 1000 lbs of brisket,
but if that's not your choice and you want to smoke a side of beef you can just remove the six racks and hang that bad boy in the upright part of smoker.
