Classe SSP-800 7.1 Preamp Processor. The unit is in excellent condition and is from a smoke and pet free home. I am the second owner and selling due to downsizing my system. It has multiple RCA, Balanced, and HDMI inputs and outputs. It passes thru up to 1080P resolution. This unit, in its heyday (2008, MSRP 00.00), was the cream of the crop and one of the best processors available. It still is considered one of the best due to its incredible build and picture quality and of course, THE SOUND. The discreet 2 channel sound reproduction rivals that of some of the best high end preamps in the ,000 range today. (McIntosh Labs, Audio Research etc.) It is not uncommon for people to purchase these processors to use solely as a 2 channel preamp! Surround Sound is handled by the usual Dolby Pro Logic, Pro Logic II, and Pro Logic 11X. Also, DTS, ES Matrix, ES Discreet, and NEO 6. LFE outputs handle the subwoofers. All functions operate properly as well as the multi-functional LCD touchscreen display. All settings and set up is done on this display.
