The stem is lime green.  He has a white head with a purple scarf on his head.  Blue eyes. Smiling mouth with teeth.  He wears a helmut.    The back of the helmut says 2006 copyright.  Made in China.
The hinge works nicely with spring moving nicely as well.
I have look it over thoroughly and can find no imperfections.  Its used but like new as well.
