2015 Nissan Altima

Description

This vehicle was purchased by my beloved mother brand new from the Liberty Nissan dealership in Libertyville, IL. She only had this vehicle for 6 months before she passed away in May 2015. Car sat in the garage undriven until May 2016 when I used it for mostly work purposes. 90% of the mileage is highway and commuting to my previous employer (Chicago Faucets Company) and job sites in Indiana, Wisconsin and of course Illinois.
Car is currently not being driven in the past 4 months except for starting it up and taking it around the block. Maintenance Update - Vehicle has been 100% serviced at M'lady Nissan in Crystal Lake. I am a DIY so whatever I couldn't do they have done it for me. Brakes in the front and back are at 50%, air and cabin filters were recently replaced. YES EVERYONE I HAVE KEPT EVERY SINGLE RECEIPT IN A BINDER organized.
Included with the price as a bonus are MOMO winter rims with brand new Blizzak winter tires (tires less then 2 yrs old). In addition the vehicle is coming with the OEM cloth floor mats (unused) and the OEM winter/weather tech floor mats (currently in the car).
*****Winter Blizzak tires and summer/fall tires (currently on vehicle) OHTSU brand are under the warranty protection plan at Discount Tire. This warranty will replace any damage to the tires for the next 6 yrs.
Current OHTSU brand tires on the vehicle are less then two years old and less then 8,000 miles on them.
Tints were added to the vehicle to protect the leather, and keep it in good condition. Vehicle has been garage kept its entire life and all recalls if any have been repaired by the dealership.
**Reason 4 Sale: Due to my growing family (3 kids, 10, 8, and 4) their just isn't enough room anymore in the collection of vehicles that I own. I never really wanted to sell this vehicle since it hold a special place in my heart due to my mother.
AUTOCHECK REPORT:
I wanted to explain the information about the accident(s) that were reported and what happened so everyone buys with confidence. In 2017 my wife was less then 5 miles from the home picking up food for us when an old lady blew a red light, my wife while pregnant was able to avoid her as much as she could have but was clipped in the driver corner bumper. NO ENGINE OR MECHANICAL DAMAGE JUST BODY WORK and the M'lady Dealership checked over the car. I have photos of the damage and receipts from the dealership for what the old lady's insurance paid.
2021: This vehicle wasn't been using in the winter much the last 2 years but on Feb 7th there was a snow storm coming at a temporary job I was working. Unfortunately NO ONE HIT ME, though I had winter tires on the car, the car did slide and hit the guard rail on highway I-355. Since I have the Allstate forgiveness plan all the bodywork was repaired with OEM parts. No mechanical repairs to the engine needed, just an alignment and the radiator was replaced due to minor damage to the connections. All receipts from the dealership are in the binder.
