It comes with a tamper-proof sticker on the back of the photo from JSA with a number on it along with a 2.5 X 5 inch card from JSA which has the same serial number as the sticker

This lithograph was limited to 16 (yours is number 3).
These players signed this item on 10.04.08 (Al Oliver) + 10.05.08 (Bill Madlock and Dave Parker) at Market Place Mall in Rochester, NY.
There are actually FOUR autographs on this since the artist Tim Levandoski signed it.
Al Oliver added an inscription with regards to the great 1971 championship season he had. Madlock and Parker also added extras from their 1979 World Series season too!
These three guys own SEVEN batting titles between them - they were true superstars.
The extra COA (certificate of authenticity) states details from the signing also.
The extra picture (see the 3rd one) is also included with Dave Parker, Bill Madlock and me in the middle!
