Condition: The 1975-76 season was an historic one for coach Gerald Myers Red Raiders. TTU went 25-6, winning the Southwest Conference with a 12-3 conference mark. In the Southwest Conference Tournament, Texas Tech defeated Rice 101-84, Arkansas 70-63 and Texas A&M 74-72, before becoming SWC Champs with an 80-69 win over Houston in the Finals. In the NCAA Tournament, Texas Tech defeated Syracuse 69-56, before falling to Missouri 86-75 in the Sweet 16. Texas Tech had last made the Sweet 16 in 1961-62 and would not return until 1995-96.....Senior Rick Bullock led the 1975-76 TTU team with per game averages of 23 points and 10 rebounds....With sophomore coed Kim Smith on the front cover and inside front cover (pic 3) and Bullock on the inside back cover (pic 12), this is the 1975-76 Texas Tech Red Raiders Basketball Media Guide....Please see first 2 pics for condition of covers.....insides with real light wear...72 pages....EX+++
